How to make crackers on Diwali

Friends, you guys must have lit a lamp on Diwali and also have burst firecrackers. In Diwali, you will definitely like to burst crackers, pomegranate, sparklers, etc.

1 - Sparklers

Sparklers are of different colors and sizes. They like it from children to old people. To make this, copper wires are first required. These are then applied one by one in wooden mines.

Then those mines are submerged in the slurry and kept to dry.
The solution is made by mixing potassium chlorate, aluminum or magnesium, sulfur potassium nitrate, sugar, or starch, and then put to dry. After the sparkler dries, add magnesium powder to it, which shines like silver on burning. Finally, they are counted and packed in a box.

2 - Crackers

To make these crackers, firstly cut a long tube of paper into small size. After this, they are put in a circular frame where it is well-aligned. Tissue paper is applied from the top of the sphere and soil is applied from the bottom. Soil is applied at the bottom so that the gunpowder does not come out.

These are then placed in the sun to dry. After drying, tissue paper is poured into them. Gun powder and fuse are put in those holes and then they are put to dry. After the soil dries, it is then broken and the firecrackers are separated.
 After this, all those firecrackers are tied with a thread, and a thread is made. Finally, they are packed in plastic boxes. 
Till now what we told were hand-made crackers, but these same firecrackers are machine-made in countries like China. The machine works to roll the paper, then both of them are tied with a thread. After this, the extra paper on it is cut with the help of a machine. After this, the machine works by putting the firecracker material inside those rolls. 
Then they are put in a machine where the fuse is fixed properly. Finally, they are packed. This is how crackers come into the market.

3 -  Skyshots

 Carbo tubes and carbo plugs are first made to make sky shots. After that, they are pressed well with the help of a machine by adding clay powder. Then the gun powder is added to it. After that, the tube is mixed with a fuse and closed with a carb plug on top so that the gun powder does not come out of the tube. They are then packed. 

4 - Anar

the first part of the pomegranate is made in which the paper is made in a special triangle shape. After this, fill a mixture of gun powder and potassium nitrate and close it by applying a cardwood plug at the bottom. A paste of clay is applied to it and then put to dry. After drying it is fused.

 After this, the pomegranate is covered with paper, and stickers are placed. After applying the stickers, fill them in the box. In this way, pomegranates are prepared. 

5 -Chakri

To make Chakri, firstly a long tube of paper is made in which gun powder is filled. After this, it is rolled with the help of a rod and placed in a mold so that its shape does not change. 
After this, the cover is placed on the top and bottom of the rolled tube. Finally, they are packed and sold. 

6 - twine bomb

make a twine bomb, first of all, fill the gunpowder in a small box. Then we wrap a thread in it. When the internal gunpowder tries to come out by burning, this twine creates pressure inside and it causes a lot of loud bangs. For this reason, it is called the twine bomb.

 After tying the twine, it is kept for some time to dry. Then put the fuse. Then it is colored and finally, again it is put to dry. Then a needle is inserted through it and a thread or needle is inserted in this hole. Now after this the level is put in it. Finally, they are packed.

How do different colors in firecrackers come out?

When you burst the firecrackers, you will have seen the light of different colors coming out of those firecrackers. Do you know how different colored lights come out? Different types of chemicals are used to light different colors.

Fire Crackers

 
Barium nitrate is used for green color. It acts as an explosive material. When it is found in gunpowder, it turns green and when the fire is set in a firecracker, the only green light comes out of it
Cesium nitrate is used for red color. cesium nitrate is added to firecrackers for a red light. On mixing this chemical in gunpowder, it turns red. After this, the mixture is solidified and filled in the crackers. When it is lit, red-colored light comes out of it. It is mostly used in pomegranate and rocket.
Sodium nitrate is used for the yellow color. A solid substance is prepared by mixing it with gunpowder in firecrackers. It is used in most firecrackers and chakari.
